Usage:

  • Reduces fatigue, nocturia, back pain

Directions for use:

  • As a kind of tea:
    • Boil water and pour it in a pot
    • Add 2 pieces of cordyceps
    • Wait 15 minutes for the nutrients to release and let the tea cool down before drinking
    • When the water runs out, add more water for the 2nd or 3rd time
    • Chew the cordyceps afterwards
  • Soup/porridge: after preparing the soup/porridge, add the cordyceps, wait until the soup/porridge boils, and then turn the heat off
